INVENTORIES
Detailed reports accompanied by high definition photos, to show a true reflection of the property condition at the start of a tenancy.
CHECK INS
Check Ins include key handover with the tenant, taking meter readings and testing smoke/carbon monoxide alarms. The perfect service for Private Landlord's who are not local to their property, or for Agent's tight on time.
CHECK OUTS
End of tenancy checks include reporting any discrepancies from the original inventory, capturing clear observations of the property condition. Record any maintenance issues which require attention prior to the next tenancy, taking final meter readings and testing smoke/carbon monoxide alarms.
ROUTINE VISITS
Three or Six monthly routine visits for Agents and Private Landlords, which include feedback on how the property is being maintained during the live tenancy, including photos (when agreeable by the tenant).
These checks are set out to ensure the tenant is living in satisfactory condition, the property remains compliant with current legislation and to report any maintenance issues.
EMPTY PROPERTY VISITS
Routine check for empty properties, usually for insurance purposes or owners who are overseas for a period of time.
